Many people brag about their ability to make it through the work week on very little sleep. Despite their intentions, we can probably all agree that a good night’s sleep can work wonders on our mood, productivity, and creativity. Whether you get by with 6 hours orĀ  you require 10 hours of daily sleep, you could probably benefit from analyzing and tracking your sleep patterns. Try to keep these questions in mind when shopping for a sleep wearable:

 

  • Is the data being collected for medical reasons or for curiosity?
  • Are you having issues falling asleep?
  • Have you been struggling to wake up in the mornings?
  • Do you wake up throughout the night?
  • Is it easy for you to fall back asleep after waking up?
  • Can you get by with little sleep?
  • When is the last time you woke up feeling well rested?
  • Do you like to sleep in?
